Blow moulding

Blow moulding is how a plastic bottle, jar or container actually gets its shape. A preform is heated and inflated inside a mould until it takes the form of the cavity. That is the process most people simply call bottle blowing or plastic blowing. Because the mould defines the result, running this in-house means the capacity, the neck finish and the wall thickness of your packaging are ours to control and to set to what your product and filling line need.

Injection moulding

Injection moulding takes molten resin and forces it into a closed mould under pressure, which is how solid parts get made: caps, closures, preforms and custom components. Spelled 'injection molding' in American usage, it is the same process. We run it against client drawings, with sampling and approval before any full production run.

Why in-house matters

Running both processes ourselves means the quality of every run is our responsibility end to end: the resin grade, the wall thickness, the reject rate. Nearly twenty years of doing it has built a working knowledge of which pack holds up to which product: the neck finish a capping line closes on cleanly, the wall section that survives transit full, the resin that resists pine oil or a pesticide. A mould change is a conversation, and a repeat order a year later is the same bottle it was the first time.
