The business
Who we are, and what nearly two decades on one floor has taught us.
Ganpati Containers has manufactured plastic packaging in Sri Ganganagar since 2007. Nineteen years on, the same unit in the RIICO Industrial Area turns out PET bottles, jars and containers, HDPE bottles and jars, preforms and injection moulded components, supplied in bulk to businesses across 10+ industries.
The same industries have been supplied for that long: edible oil, pickles and sweets, agrochemicals, phenyl and floor cleaners, packaged water, small pharma. That builds a close knowledge of what each one needs from a pack. More than 500 bottle, jar and container designs have been developed on this floor, every one against a real product, a real cap and a real filling line. A new requirement is rarely one we have not built a version of before.

Four steps, and you approve the pack before anything is produced at volume.

Specification
Tell us what you are filling, the capacity you need and the cap or pump it has to take. Neck finish is usually the detail that decides everything else, so we start there.

Material
Food-grade or industrial resin, PET or HDPE, clear or opaque. The right choice depends on what the pack has to survive: pine oil and pesticide formulations punish the wrong plastic.

Sampling
You see and approve a sample before a full run starts. Nothing goes to bulk production on a drawing alone.

Production and dispatch
Bulk runs with consistent wall thickness and tolerances across the batch, dispatched by road across our supply belt.
